Our dispatch timelines are purely estimates. In many instances we carry stock or we may be able to source the product you require within a quicker timescale. Please contact us if you need your goods in a hurry and we will do everything we can to help you.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within a reasonable time of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so. In the event of the products being held up we shall contact you to let you know if we are having problems getting an item to you by the specified delivery date. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the Dispatch Confirmation.
It is your responsibility to check carefully that the Products you have ordered will fit into your home. You should check the dimensions of the space within which the Product will be placed and allow for the fact that the dimensions specified on the Website are approximate only and may vary by 2cm either way. You should also measure any doorways, corridors or staircases the Product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning.
An adult must be available at the delivery address to carefully check the Products and sign and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defect must be reported immediately to a member of our team on 0208 744 2351 or in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also be advised that deliveries will only be made to your door.
Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge of £20.00
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsover is accepted in respect of late deliveries. Do not arrange for an electrician/tradesman to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for discrepencies and to make sure they are undamaged. We will not be held responsible for any charges from electricians or tradesman if goods arrive later than expected ot if goods arrive damaged.
We recommend any electrical wiring is carried out by a qualified electrician. All wiring must comply with the current edition of the IEE wiring regulations and relevant Building Regulations. We may ask for proof of electrical work being carried out by a qualified electrician.
